Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety course, permit required confined space training, 4 hr. scaffolding, fall protection, call before you dig 811.
Professional Engineer registration in New York required
NYCDEP Construction Management experience preferred
Working knowledge of construction scheduling software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and lead engineer/project team, and deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints
Working knowledge and understanding of construction methods, standards, specifications and plans
Proficient in E- Builder, PM software, AutoCAD, SCADA Systems and MS Office
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be extremely organized
Working knowledge of construction management software such as e-Builder, Prolog, Bentley EADOC, Procore, BIM 360, etc.
