What you would be doing

  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest features in Power BI, Gen AI, and data integration technologies.
  • Optimize performance of Power BI reports and underlying data queries.
  • Build and optimize data models in Power BI using DAX and Power Query.
  • Promote data literacy and share knowledge across teams.
  • Implement row-level security and access controls in Power BI.
  • Support the adoption of generative AI and digital analytics, ensuring data readiness and quality for AI-powered solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources including Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Excel, APIs, and cloud data lakes.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with SAP, Data Lake, and other ERP teams to design and develop the required data models.

  • Solid understanding of SAP data models (ERP S/4HANA, SAP MDG).
  • Should have 6+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a SME capacity.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in Power BI or Azure Data Engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional data initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI – DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboarding.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
  • Proven expertise in Data Bricks (Apache Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • ABAP Reporting & Implemented and maintained CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge into MS Fabric, SAP BDC, SFDC Data Cloud
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • CDMP certification, Exposure to enterprise data lakes and data mesh architecture.
  • Solid knowledge on Data Governance principle (DAMA DMBoK v2)
