Company
Overview
2006
Year Founded
The company was established in 2006 by a group of passionate schedule and cost specialists.
14 Points
Project Quality Benchmark
Their dashboards utilize DCMA 14-point assessments to evaluate and improve project quality and performance.
  • It grew into a tech-savvy project controls firm with multiple U.S. and European offices.
  • Its financial backbone is driven by proprietary software—Aegis Analytics, Rubix, and Aegis Cloud—designed to visualize portfolio health, cost variances, risk simulations, and schedule integrity.
  • Typical engagements range from commercial office expansions and industrial facilities to heavy civil infrastructure and energy projects, often resolving schedule delays or managing cost escalations.
  • Their forensic and advisory services navigate pre-construction risk assessments, real-time delay analysis, dispute resolution, and expert testimony post-construction.
  • Standout fact: the firm embeds Monte Carlo risk modeling (‘Reactive Risk Register™’) into live schedules, making predictive simulations a standard part of project updates.
  • Clients call on Aegis to act as both technical guide and neutral advisor—bridging contractors, owners, and legal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
