This is a part-time, on-site position for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Manhattan, NY. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems to support sales and client engagement efforts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, developing strategies to improve client relationships, coordinating with sales teams, and tracking key metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The CRM Specialist will also collaborate with team members and departments to optimize the use of CRM tools.
