  • Coordinate key processing stages from registration to completion, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Process candidate records, contracts, and documentation in line with agreed procedures and service standards
  • Support the team with administrative duties including reports, correspondence, and communications
  • Respond to routine queries from internal and external contacts, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and systems
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit, compliance, and funding requirements

  • Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery or educational/training settings
  • Organised and able to manage workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes
  • Experience in a compliance-led or regulated environment
  • Experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
  • Clear and confident communicator — written, verbal, and face-to-face

£28,784 per annum
