Encadrer les activités de conception et d'Analyse d'infrastructures portuaires et maritimes (quais en caisson de béton, structures ouverte, dauphins, jetées, palplanches, etc.);
Superviser la préparation des livrables techniques (rapports, devis, plans documents d'appel d'offres) ;
Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et/ou potentiels et nos partenaires;
Détient un Baccalauréat en génie civil;

Possède des compétences en gestion de projet et a de l'expérience dans la réalisation réussie de projets d'infrastructure portuaires/maritimes;
Possède un minimum de 15 ans d'expérience dans la conception d'infrastructures portuaires et maritimes;
Connait les codes et les normes de conception maritime et a une compréhension fonctionnelle des considérations typiques de conception maritimes pour les structures en acier et en béton, l'interaction sol/structure et les charges environnementales maritimes;
Est en mesure de s'exprimer en français et en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)*.
Encadrer, former et faire évoluer une équipe professionnelle d'ingénieurs et de techniciens.
Diriger et encadrer toutes les phases de projets, de la planification à la livraison, en assurant le respect des échéanciers, des budgets, et des standards de qualité;
Est membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) ;
