Project Co-Ordinator ( Passive Fire & Compliance)

Description

• Maintain schedules, trackers, documentation and raise quotes.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and maintain project KPIs.
• Support quality checks, O&M packs, RAMS and reporting.
• Liaise with residents, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate passive fire projects (fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, FRA works).
• Collect and upload compliance evidence (photos, certs, install data).

Requirements

• Strong organisation, admin and communication skills.
• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS.
• Experience in passive fire, fire stopping, fire doors, FRA remedials or construction coordination.
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, CRM/portals).
• Ability to read drawings/FRA reports.
• Experience with compliance evidence packs.
• IFE/FIRAS/BM TRADA/IFC awareness.
