Make recommendations to management regarding needed tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Appropriately answer incoming calls and make outbound phone calls.
Ensure all postings (EEOC, labor law, Fair Housing, etc.) are up-to-date and up to company standards and applicable law.
Answer questions presented by staff, residents, and guests in an accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures.
Respectfully greet and speak to all staff, residents, and guests.
With approval from supervisor, market the property(ies) and focus on obtaining leases for vacant or upcoming vacant units.
Assist in collecting rent, maintaining records of receipt, and keeping resident records updated.

Education: Associate degree
Physical Abilities: Ability to be exposed to the elements, ability to: lift, pull, push, bend (up to 50 pounds), ability to walk across a multitude of surfaces, exposure to basic household chemicals with occasional need for PPE due to construction chemicals or higher-level chemicals being used.
Experience: 2+ years of customer service, business, sales, or housing experience
This position may require up to 20% travel
Education: High School Diploma
Preferred Experience: 3+ years in affordable housing
