Partner with organizations such as ROMBA, Forte Foundation and Management Leaders for Tomorrow to recruit diverse talent.
Home to affinity groups including Mosaic (racial and ethnic minorities), Women@ L.E.K., Parents’ Network, Vets with Impact, Pride@ L.E.K. and AIDA (Achieving International Diversity and Awareness).
Affinity groups provide networking, mentorship, career development support and community engagement.
Set internal goals aligned to global and local diversity priorities and evaluate staff representation regionally.
Six strategic ED&I principles: create authentic-self-safe environments; support affinity groups; define representation and set goals; recruit/retain underserved-community talent; build structures for representation; partner externally on social justice.
