

Crux Subsurface, Inc. provides geotechnical engineering and subsurface investigation services.
The Driller will perform geotechnical exploration using Crux equipment, including the 2500, 4500, 5500, and 6000 models, as well as DMW 65, DMW 100, and HTD 10K rigs.
The IBEW Union Driller is responsible for geotechnical exploration using specialized equipment such as the Crux 2500–6000 series, DMW rigs, and HTD 10K. This role requires union membership (IBEW), extensive travel, and physical capability. Preferred qualifications include deep drilling experience (1,000+ ft), geotechnical expertise, and work in helicopter‑supported environments.
Candidates must be IBEW Union members or willing to join, be at least 18 years old, and able to lift/carry up to 100 lb. At least two years of experience drilling 1,000 ft, competency in geotechnical exploration, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) are required. Experience with ground‑monitoring equipment installation, helicopter‑supported operations, and nationwide travel is preferred.
