The Associate Manager – Store Design will be responsible for supporting the execution of interior designs for MAFR retail stores and experiences. This includes interior themes, materials, finishes, space planning, lighting, furnishings, and related elements.
Prepare mood boards, inspiration images, and design briefs for new concepts. Create 3D models and 2D drawings to implement toolkits. Support the development of in‑house 3D concepts and produce detailed drawings.
Monitor on‑site project execution to control quality and maximize efficiency. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Graphic Design, Product Design, Content Partners, Brand Management and Business Development. Ensure adherence to MAFR corporate policies, procedures, guidelines and quality standards, and review technical drawings for design consistency.

A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required, with at least six months of internship experience in retail design. Candidates must be proficient with CAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering, and the Adobe Creative Suite. The ability to convey design ideas and concepts quickly to stakeholders is essential.
