- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine repair needs.

- Physical ability to climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics).
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and recommend preventative repairs
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed.
- Experience with industry software (preferred but not required)
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Company-Issued Tech: Cellphone and tablet provided.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with light commercial equipment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/drive to client locations for training, meetings, or other events (reimbursement provided).
- Willingness to meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks
- Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Proficiency in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems and ice machines
- EPA Certification (required).
- 3–6 years of demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC refrigeration systems.
- Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
- Meet enhanced security clearance requirements
- $3,500 in Technical Training Note: New hires mid-plan year receive a pro-rated cash bonus. Full details provided post-hire in the plan document.
