  • Service, install, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine repair needs.

  • Physical ability to climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics).
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and recommend preventative repairs
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed.
  • Experience with industry software (preferred but not required)
  • Capability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Company-Issued Tech: Cellphone and tablet provided.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with light commercial equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/drive to client locations for training, meetings, or other events (reimbursement provided).
  • Willingness to meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks
  • Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Proficiency in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems and ice machines
  • EPA Certification (required).
  • 3–6 years of demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC refrigeration systems.
  • Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
  • Meet enhanced security clearance requirements
