Senior Engineers typically have 7 years of post-graduate experience in a related role

Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems
Experience in one of the following industries highly preferred: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, energy, and government (DOE) projects
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies.
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree from an accredited university
