Deliver a superior customer experience to all stakeholders
Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn and ATS (e.g., UKG/Ultipro) to build talent pipelines
Maintain candidate progression through recruiting stages in ATS, and forecast reports in a timely and accurate manner for effective reporting.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, provide insights and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
Effectively manage full cycle recruiting for designated client groups

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related area of study
7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a technical or industrial sector; preferably with experience recruiting for skilled trades
