- Manage client and stakeholder engagement while ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project delivery in line with AECOM’s project management framework.
- Provide commercial oversight of projects while mentoring and supporting team members’ development
- Act as AECOM’s Project Manager, taking full responsibility for project planning, delivery and outcomes.
- Build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities and lead bid management efforts.

- Solid technical background in general civil engineering projects.
- Strong project management expertise and ability to deliver projects from inception to completion.
- 5–10 years’ experience delivering civil infrastructure projects for local and state governments within the consulting industry.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and contract management skills.
- Bachelor of Engineering with Chartered status (or working towards) with Engineers Australia desirable.
