A technology-driven equipment rental company offering smart tools and services for construction.
As a field technician, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. With real‑time information at your fingertips, you can determine the root cause and corrective action for each issue quickly, enabling you to work smarter, not harder. You will practice safe job practices, use laptops and tablets comfortably, travel to customer sites for preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and oil‑free air compressors, troubleshoot equipment failures both in the shop and on‑site, and maintain accurate documentation.
You will assist with equipment and parts pick‑up and delivery, help train lower‑level technicians, ensure OSHA compliance, participate in year‑round OEM training, and perform other duties as assigned.
We seek team members who view challenges as opportunities, embrace change and continuous improvement, and bring energy, effort, and optimism daily. You should have grit, heart, humility, and a desire to grow in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
