  • Assist with laundry, stocking, sanitizing public areas, and preparing coffee stations.
  • Update the Front Desk Log and promptly report issues to the General Manager.
  • Operate the phone system with proper etiquette.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Help ensure entrances and sidewalks are clear of snow and ice.
  • Regularly inspect the property, including floors, stairwells, doors, and lighting.
  • Promote the Stay Rewarded loyalty program to build guest satisfaction and return business.
  • Process credit card authorizations, handle cash transactions, and issue change accurately.
  • Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Maintain organized daily records, including Night Audit Checklists, cash logs, and call logs.
  • Take and transfer calls, manage wake-up calls, and record messages accurately.
  • Manage reservations and accurately process room charges, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and churches.
  • Deliver additional guest supplies and assist housekeeping with room cleaning during high occupancy.
