Handle guest concerns or issues related to valet services with empathy and efficiency, finding timely resolutions or escalating matters to Front Services management
Foster positive guest relations by being approachable, courteous, and attentive to their needs during the valet parking process
Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment, such as ticketing machines and key storage systems
Maintain the valet parking booth, ensuring a professional and organized setup
Assist in managing parking logistics to optimize space and accommodate guest arrivals
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as the front desk, bell services, and transportation, to ensure a seamless guest experience
Communicate with valet attendants to ensure a seamless flow of vehicles and timely retrieval for departing guests
Collect valet parking fees from guests, accurately process payments, and maintain a secure cash handling process
Provide guests with information about valet parking services, fees, and any other relevant details
Manage the check-in process for guests' vehicles, recording necessary information, and handling key exchanges accurately
