Deliver exceptional designs - Produce fully coordinated, accurate HVAC and plumbing system designs that meet project requirements, codes, and quality standards.
Collaborate across disciplines - Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design intent aligns seamlessly with construction execution.
Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services, and remote monitoring
Produce clear, high-quality documentation - Create and maintain detailed calculations, reports, and design drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
Champion innovation - Drive process improvements and introduce new technologies that enhance design efficiency and project delivery
Lead with accountability - Coordinate project workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and guide team members to deliver on time and with precision.
Manage projects from start to finish - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, and performance goals are consistently achieved.
Service - Scheduled preventive maintenance ensuring tenant comfort and 24/7 emergency response
Takes full ownership and accountability for your work, ensuring every task is completed with excellence.
New Construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects, following lean construction practices

Experience in the construction or building systems industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
Technologically proficient, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently without compromising quality.
Knowledgeable of relevant building codes and industry standards, ensuring compliance and best practices
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across departments and disciplines.
Exceptionally organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with demonstrated expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems design
Highly dependable, consistently tracking deliverables, reviewing work thoroughly, and meeting deadlines.
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu is required
