Description

• Launch and grow a new market with a proven leader in residential comfort systems.
• Meet prospects at homes or businesses for face-to-face consultations.
• Represent Rycor at trade shows and industry events.
• Provide clear sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; close deals to hit revenue targets.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and live product demos.
• Translate measurements and BTU calculations into smart, efficient system designs.
• Measure, photograph, and map out equipment layouts for proper heating and cooling.
• Track competitors and trends to identify new opportunities.
• Measuring and Quoting
• Assess needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with customer goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and closing capability.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proven sales or account management experience—preferably in-home.
• Own the in-home experience—from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and consistent in hitting goals.
