Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment centre processes and materials
Champion the candidate experience – engage with applicants, track progress, and ensure smooth communication throughout.
Coordinate end-to-end early talent recruitment, from campaign launch to offer stage – across digital, virtual, and in-person channels.
Identify trends to improve performance
Support assessors in calibration discussions, scoring, and providing feedback.
Support the Programme team with ad hoc duties
Ensure all assessment activities adhere to Diversity & Inclusion principles and organisational policies.
Facilitate and oversee the Assessment Centre process – booking venues, managing logistics, preparing materials, and supporting candidates on the day.

Thrives on organisation and problem-solving
Ability to maintain impartiality and objectivity while supporting assessors.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities in a structured manner.
Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships
Knowledge of graduate or apprenticeship recruitment processes is desirable.
Experience in recruitment coordination, event management, or a similar administrative role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to challenge decisions diplomatically.
Strong digital and data skills (Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint, ATS/LMS platforms).
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
