Notion Administrator (full time or part time) - fixed term

Description

• Be the "Go-To" Support: You will help your colleagues use our digital tools effectively, answering their questions and providing friendly support when they get stuck.
• Learn & Improve: You will maintain a relationship with Notion (the vendor) to learn about new features, and then teach those features to our team.
• Manage the Platform: You will handle the day-to-day administration of our workspace- this includes overlooking the overall workspace structure, groups management and guest access; organizing permissions, and ensuring our data stays safe (don't worry, we will teach you the security protocols!).
• Organize & Document: You will keep our digital library tidy by archiving old content, migrating data, and creating clear, helpful instructions for the teams.

Requirements

• Tech-Savvy Mindset: You are open to learning new tools. While we provide training, you should be excited about technology.
• Entry-Level Friendly: We prioritize potential over experience. If you have a natural ability for designing user-friendly tools and a strong drive to learn, we encourage your application
• Big Plus: Experience with Notion is highly preferred!
• Communication Skills: You are fluent in English and are a naturally active communicator. You feel comfortable sending a message to anyone in the company, from interns to managers.
