Domestic Plumber

Description

• partake in on-call rota once in every 8 weeks
• Compliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are met
• Ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required
• Maintain and care for all company tools
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
• Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
• Use appropriate safety equipment
• Be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
• Provide a high-quality service to tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void
• Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, and using the company PDA system so that the company can invoice for additional work completed

Requirements

• Up to date relevant industry knowledge
• Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Material co-ordination and organisation
• Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent
• Previous experience working within the Construction Industry
• Valid CSR Card
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
• Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
• Ideally have experience working within the Social Housing sector
• Previous trades experience in similar role
