To produce weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
Assisting with end to end processing of payroll for approx. 2800 employees with a view to this increasing.
Providing information for stakeholder requests.
End to end IR35 payroll processing.
To assist with the change to payrolling of benefits.
Continuously review and update internal and external payroll processes.
To process third party payments.
Effectively liaise with the external payroll providers.
To assist with updating the P11D system with quarterly car changes for submission to HMRC and end of year data.
Process the monthly payroll including starters, leavers, and all other movements.
Working with internal and external stakeholders on the benefit schemes.
Supporting the migration of other Tetra Tech Operating units on to Tetra Tech systems
To undertake all aspects of pension scheme administration including auto enrolment requirements.

Have the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of processing multiple payrolls is desirable.
Knowledge and experience of IR35 payroll processing is desirable.
Knowledge and experience of Salary Sacrifice and National Minimum Wage.
An ability to understand working alongside a payroll bureau is desirable.
Knowledge of calculating and processing statutory payments (SMP, SSP, etc).
Competent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge and experience of manually calculating payments gross to net.
Knowledge of benefit and pension schemes for processing and reconciliation is desirable.
Understanding and dealing with payroll related queries in an efficient and effective manner.
CIPP or similar qualification or relevant working experience.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be able to take ownership of and accept responsibility for tasks.
