Project Superintendent - Charleston, SC

Description

• Responsible for field operations including quality and production, safety, equipment management, maintenance and need allocation, and client interactions on a single or multiple projects.
• Manage construction operations for Heavy Civil, Bridge, and Marine project operations including pile driving, concrete formwork, barge handling, and crane operations.
• Oversee project staff including Craft Superintendents, Foreman, Field Engineers, and other support staff.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
• 5+ years’ experience in similar marine construction role with 10+ years of prior construction experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the company.
• Availability and willingness to work weekends and night shifts per business needs.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, technical procedures and government regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
