The opportunity is for a Microsoft Fabric Administrator who will oversee Fabric tenants, capacities, and security configurations, and support end‑to‑end data operations. The role involves collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to enable efficient data product development, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and maintain a secure, high‑performing analytics environment.
- Administer Microsoft Fabric tenants, capacities, workspaces, OneLake, Lakehouses, Warehouses, Notebooks, Pipelines, and Dataflows.
- Configure security settings, data‑access controls, sensitivity labels, DLP, and governance policies.
- Implement and manage role‑based access controls aligned with least‑privilege principles.
- Monitor and optimize Fabric capacity utilization, performance, memory usage, and error logs.
- Manage data pipelines, Lakehouses, and Warehouses to meet enterprise analytics needs.
- Oversee data refresh processes and platform health, proactively resolving issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, security teams, and stakeholders to support data product development.
- Enforce naming conventions, workspace governance, and lifecycle management across domains.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data residency, and regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation on Fabric and related tools.
- Track Microsoft Fabric roadmap updates and communicate impacts to teams.
- Conduct regular audits of access, security configurations, and memory utilization for improvement.
- Manage Power BI tenant settings, security groups, and workspace permissions integrated with Fabric governance.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD workflows for Fabric deployments, including automation across environments.

- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse, and related data platform technologies.
- Experience with data‑governance tools such as Microsoft Purview.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, and identity governance.
- Proven ability to upgrade, integrate, and migrate enterprise cloud systems.
- Strong debugging, root‑cause analysis, and data‑workflow optimization skills.
- Hands‑on experience with DAX, T‑SQL, or Python in an enterprise data context.
- Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and deployment automation.
- Certifications in Microsoft data, analytics, or development technologies (preferred).
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
