Tasks

We currently have an immediate requirement for a Design Review Coordinator – Rail Infrastructure for our client, who are a large rail organisation. The role focuses on coordinating design and as-built review activities, maintaining reporting accuracy, and supporting stakeholder communication within a collaborative team environment. -Work with multiple clients (Operators, Maintainers, Manufacturers, Consultancies etc.) and across various Projects and Project phases -Coordinate design and as-built review processes, supporting document controllers and engineers to ensure deliverables and drawing reviews are completed accurately and on time -Track documentation, forecast upcoming submissions, and manage system data in SharePoint and TeamBinder -Support meeting coordination, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure design and as-built actions are closed out -Prepare and maintain daily and monthly performance reports using Excel and Power BI -Liaise with internal teams and external partners to track deliverables and resolve issues

What You Bring

-Good written and spoken English language skills, including the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using SharePoint/TeamBinder, with Power BI exposure highly regarded -Understanding of or experience supporting as-built documentation and drawing review processes -Prior experience in administration, planning, coordination, or scheduling ideally within engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments
