Assist in designing ICT infrastructure, fibre-optic networks, communication nodes and AV systems
Collaborate with architects, building-services engineers and contractors to produce coordinated, high-quality design outcomes
Build capability in smart-building technologies, IoT systems and emerging communications platforms
Support project delivery across all stages—from design and documentation to installation, testing and commissioning
Help model wireless coverage, microwave radio links, mobile coverage and in-building Wi-Fi performance
Contribute to large-scale projects including Defence facilities, data centres, transport, and renewable energy hubs
You’ll have the chance to work in design teams to help deliver exciting projects, contribute to bids and tenders, and even get hands-on with occasional site work.

Coursework or experience in communications engineering, electronics, networking or systems engineering
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer or Mechatronics Engineering (or similar)
Whether your passion is in Engineering, Science, Project Management, Architecture or another consulting speciality, we’ll work with you to find your ideal first role.
Bonus: familiarity with CAD/Revit, basic programming, modelling tools, or network concepts
