Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits to gather insights and align project objectives with business needs
Manage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and build business cases to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of implementation
Lead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring the timely delivery of the strategy, roadmap, and MVP
Develop and oversee a the Digital Twin strategy that integrates with existing digital infrastructure, including BIM, GIS, IoT, and the Unified Data Platform (UDP)
Manage the implementation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate selected use cases and demonstrate the value of the Digital Twin
Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to drive project alignment and success

Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives, including defining new roles, training programs, and process improvements
Create a roadmap for scaling the Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya, identifying new use cases and ensuring continuous improvement

Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
