- Develop and deliver detailed and accurate system design specifications, proposals, and bills of materials (BOM).
- Provide complex hardware and software security solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Review bid specifications and develop exception documentation.
- Onsite visit local customers and projects within NY
- Assist in scope development, quote generation, and functional specifications.
- Utilize security system design tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and manufacturer-specific platforms to create professional design documentation.
- Complete submittal requirements for RFPs and scopes of work.
- Provide technical and software design support during system startup.
- Develop custom security solutions and internal documentation.
