The plant operator will run and monitor equipment to keep production efficient, carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery, and ensure all activities meet safety and environmental regulations. They will work closely with team members to improve plant performance and keep accurate production records and reports.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, solid problem‑solving abilities, and experience operating and maintaining plant equipment. They must be able to work well in a team, demonstrate a commitment to safety and environmental standards, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Employment is contingent on a pre‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, background check and, for some roles, ongoing FMCSA‑regulated testing. The work environment involves moving mechanical equipment and exposure to inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity and elevated noise levels.
