GENERAL LABORER/ WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN

Remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials while providing customer service.

Tasks

-Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property -Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials -Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies -Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image -Document drying progress using a phone or tablet -Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of

Requirements

What You Bring

-Use of PPE and exposure to water-damaged environments -2-4 years of Construction experience preferred -Work in crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces. -IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred -Valid driver’s license -Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more -2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred -Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays -1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred -Regular lifting of 50+ pounds. -Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers -High school diploma or equivalent required
