This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near Marietta, GA.

  • Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
  • Have significant residential HVAC management experience with excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential HVAC Install and sales process.
  • Be willing to train and hire new team members.
  • Have strong computer skills related to industry software, apps, and automation.
  • Ability to hire and grow an HVAC install department.
  • Be flexible, growth orientated and work well with others.
  • Live in the North Atlanta Metro area.
  • Drug-free with a clean background and driving record.
  • Be willing to attend training and classes.
  • Excellent knowledge of HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Be able and willing to teach technicians how to install, replace, repair and troubleshoot systems, as well as train on customer service skills.
  • Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.
  • Be willing to multi-task and transition between field and office responsibilities.
  • Significant experience in RESIDENTIAL HVAC MANAGEMENT.
  • Be comfortable and confident operating a best in class HVAC department within an established business.
