Identify and disposition non-conforming parts, assemblies, and finished goods products.

Coordinates and communicates RMA progress and discrepancies to necessary parties.
Perform work in a safe manner. Report repairs or safety concerns to management.

Troubleshoot and isolate physical and functional product defects.
Independently perform routine tasks to inspect and disposition products under the Return Credit RMA process.
Maintain compliance with all ISO regulations and procedures.

Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least one year of experience and knowledge of PDU products and Legrand quality standards.
Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide information across multiple groups.
Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently.
