Contribute to client management team to help shape firm-wide client engagement strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact between ARRO and its water/wastewater clients, accountable for client satisfaction across assigned accounts and for fostering strong and collaborative partnerships.
Mentor and develop ARRO’s next generation of leaders.
Facilitate multi-level communication between ARRO and its clients, including project managers, executive directors, and water/wastewater officials to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Conduct regular site visits and business reviews to strengthen trust and ensure exceptional client service and delivery excellence.
Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Partner with teams to cross-sell services across ARRO’s portfolio.
