Description

• Understand and apply all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Field Leadership for the best possible client experience.
• Capture and accurately record incidents reported by field personnel, and identify appropriate escalation paths as applicable.
• Maintain working knowledge of office and field policies and procedures to support staff.
• Monitor, capture, and share information using internal software and systems.
• Utilize GPS tracking software to monitor locations of field employees and equipment for optimal dispatch routing.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet client needs promptly and safely while minimizing adverse impacts.
• Prioritize safety in all decisions related to client orders, field employee roles, client requests, and road types.
• Apply creative problem‑solving tactics to generate multiple viable solutions to challenges.
• Maintain thorough understanding of client impacts, including severity, notifications, and documentation.
• Accurately relay information among field employees, leadership, clients, management, and safety personnel.
• Know the company footprint and core, non‑core, and mobilization areas.
• Exercise honesty, integrity, and respect with clients and co‑workers; maintain professional appearance, positive attitude, effective communication, accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, good attendance, and a clean work environment; and take initiative to learn new skills.
• Book hotels for field employees traveling outside their home location, reset passwords, and resolve simple IT issues during non‑traditional shifts.

Requirements

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills, using appropriate escalation and de‑escalation tactics for internal and external issues.
• Work quickly and accurately during storm response events.
• Understand basics of different workzones, including necessary equipment and staffing.
• Understand pre‑construction processes and relay imperative information to field leadership and clients.
• Understand order dispatch aspects such as timing, job totals, criticality, prioritization, and status.
• High School Diploma.
• One or more years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving.
• Critical thinking.
• Active listening.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Steel‑toed boots or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Associate’s degree (preferred).
• One or more years in a customer service or operations role (preferred).
