Support the development and administration of mobility and global compensation processes, including participation in domestic and international market surveys, data analysis, reporting and program recommendations.

Participate in specific compensation and/or global mobility projects and initiatives as required. These will vary in size, scope and duration and may be individual or team based.

Monitor immigration reports for expiry dates and support extensions when required.

Coordinate with third-party vendors including immigration providers, relocation management company, and tax advisors.

Support immigration assessments, documentation and compliance for international and cross border business travelers, contractors and expatriates, including eTAs, travel letters and visas.

Support work permit validation for co-op students, summer students, and temporary foreign workers.

Oversee vendor invoicing and coding for all Global Mobility contracts using Open Invoice and Winshuttle.

Complete monthly off-cycle salary budget tracking and assist with compensation transaction review, processing and HR system data audits.

2+ years of experience with an undergrad business degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance

Reporting to the Manager, Global Mobility, this role will assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and global regulations compliance.
