Experience working in cross-functional teams with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers
Proven experience building microservices architectures, workflow engines, and designing RESTful/event-driven APIs
Deep experience with workflow orchestration platforms (Airflow, Temporal) and event-driven architectures
Strong programming skills in Go or python with deep understanding of distributed systems and orchestration patterns
Intermediate knowledge of AWS services with demonstrated ability to quickly learn data orchestration technologies
4+ years building and running large-scale systems in production environments
Experience with enterprise observability and data quality monitoring tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk)
Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to control plane architecture decisions
Experience with metadata management, data cataloging, and lineage tracking systems
Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Trino, Kafka) and understanding their orchestration requirements
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering
