- Perform an active role in any coaching, mentoring and KT processes both as provider or recipient.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents and problems. Support other team members as appropriate.
- Take ownership of tasks required for the effective management of red alert, incident, and problem management processes.
- Provide input into, and support, the release and change management processes required to implement technical changes to our core applications.

- Proven experience of utilising ETL tooling for data manipulation, preferably with some SQL tuning exposure.
- Experience from a similar support or development role in supporting business critical systems in a medium/large organisation.
- Understanding of end-to-end design process and ability to apply it to complex projects.
- Strong OBIEE 12c development experience and preferably some exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite modules.
- Be customer focused and committed to providing first-class customer service.
