We are seeking a Repairs Team Leader to manage a high‑performing frontline operational team and demonstrate value for money. The leader will ensure all activities are carried out safely and embed a customer‑focused approach across the service. The role primarily involves site‑based supervision of trade operatives.
The Team Leader will supervise trade operatives, providing guidance on best practice and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. They will coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs for specific trades within defined timeframes. Coaching, performance management and adherence to policies are essential.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in leadership, coaching and performance management. Ability to travel across the region, eligibility to work in the UK, residence in England or Wales, and a Basic Criminal Record Check are required. The position is based in Essex and is offered as a permanent contract with a 36‑hour work week. Salary ranges are £33,592‑£46,189 nationally and £36,468‑£50,145 in London. The role includes adherence to Clarion policies and procedures.
