Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for the ServiceNow Corporate platform and as the face of the engineering team

Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting systems, query optimization, and report-writing
Creation of script-based assignment and approval rules, custom-related lists, access control list, UI policy, and client script
Responsible for defining and executing governance framework and controls around platform architecture and development best practices
Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with the business problems and ServiceNow implementation best practices

Proven experience on ServiceNow Platform with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture
7+ years experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise software development company preferred
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM products
Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
Knowledge of ITIL V3 and V4 processes and hands-on with ITIL process implementation
Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation and/or CSDM, Common Service Data Model.
