The Resident Services Manager of Supportive Housing leads MidPen Services’ supportive‑housing strategy across a multi‑county portfolio, managing third‑party partnerships that deliver onsite health programs and ensuring compliance with reporting and service agreements. The role builds strong relationships with county mental‑health agencies, health systems, and other partners, oversees monthly operational reviews, analyzes data, and supervises senior case managers who train staff to support high‑acuity residents and maintain housing stability.
Successful candidates possess extensive experience with high‑need populations, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with modern productivity tools such as Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite. They must hold a valid California driver’s license, be able to travel between properties, pass background and tuberculosis screenings, and meet physical requirements that include frequent sitting and occasional lifting up to 20 lb. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required, with a master’s degree and program‑development experience preferred.
The position offers an annual salary ranging from $71,405 to $86,000, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, education reimbursement, paid parental leave, flexible spending accounts, an EAP program, pet insurance, paid time off, company holidays and wellness days.
