Support in the evaluation and execution of project acquisition and divestiture opportunities, as well as other corporate development initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams for potential acquisition and divestiture opportunities
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for senior leadership, including quarterly company confidential information memorandum (CIM) updates, M&A opportunity screening materials, and investment committee presentations
Coordinate day-to-day management of due diligence processes and assist in the execution of key workstreams across the Company’s existing and prospective pipeline of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects
Support in tracking prospective M&A opportunities and maintaining up-to-date information on the Company’s transaction pipeline

Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional role (preferably in renewable energy or finance) with demonstrated track record of analytical capabilities
2 – 3 years of experience in an analytical or transactional role at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm or independent power producer
Highly resourceful and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
BS/MS in Finance or quantitative degree
Comfort working on a cross-functional team in a dynamic, fast-moving, and high-stakes work environment
Comfort working in a transaction-based environment with tight deadlines dictated by deal flow
