We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our team and deliver a commercial project that includes infrastructure and landscape packages. The role will represent the client, safeguard project objectives, and ensure the successful delivery of MEP installation works in line with IFC drawings and specifications.
- Represent the client and protect project objectives during construction.
- Oversee contractor delivery of MEP installations according to IFC drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and ITPs.
- Resolve RFIs and manage interdisciplinary coordination on site.
- Enforce MEP quality, health‑, safety‑, and sustainability standards.
- Monitor installation progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Lead testing, commissioning, IST and facility management handover activities.
- Support contract administration, variations and technical EOT assessments.
- Coordinate authority inspections, approvals and certification processes.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, have a proven record of delivering large‑scale mixed‑use and infrastructure projects, and bring at least 15 years of experience, including prior PMC and UAE exposure.
