Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow

  • Perform quality checks to ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and planners to ensure coordinated and clash-free models.
  • Develop and deliver detailed 3D models for infrastructure projects using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim software.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of various design components.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, drawings, and schedules from the models.
  • Stay updated with Bentley software developments and industry best practices to enhance modeling efficiency and quality.
  • Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle as required.
  • Support project teams in design reviews and presentations using 3D visualizations and walkthroughs.
  • Interpret and incorporate design data, drawings, and specifications into 3D models.

Do you want to shape sustainable infrastructure through advanced digital design? Can you create accurate 3D models using Bentley AECOsim/OpenBuildings? And do you have experience in infrastructure projects? Then this role is for you!

To support the delivery of sustainable and innovative infrastructure solutions, we are looking for skilled Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim Modeller with a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models and designs using Bentley AECOsim/OpenBuildings software, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and adherence to project specifications and standards.

  • B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim Modeller, preferably on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, transit systems, etc.).
  • Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and quality assurance within BIM environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Bentley AECOsim Building Designer / OpenBuildings Designer software.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows related to infrastructure projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical documents.
  • Knowledge of related software such as MicroStation, ProjectWise, Navisworks, or similar is a plus.
