This role leads and oversees complex operating‑model designs and transformations within JLL, typically for entire sub‑segments or corporate functions. It works with country and sub‑segment board members to drive business change and influence senior stakeholders through exceptional communication skills, structuring holistic transformation programs while engaging the broader JLL transformation capability.
Key responsibilities include leading holistic operating‑model design diagnostics, identifying thematic improvement themes to support business‑case drafting, and using data and analytics to spot opportunities across people, process, technology and governance. The role develops target operating models aligned with strategic objectives, facilitates business and functional leads in delivering future‑state designs, and builds trusted relationships with internal clients while spotting service‑expansion opportunities.
The role requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in operating‑model design and optimisation, the ability to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices, and the capacity to work independently, seeking guidance only in the most complex situations. It also involves leading unit teams or projects.
The successful candidate will combine team‑leadership and work‑stream management with excellent communication, data‑analysis and project‑management skills. A commercial mindset, strong financial and business understanding, and excellent listening abilities are essential, as is a logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense.
Strong professional experience is needed, with a proven track record in diagnosing business challenges and a collaborative, data‑driven approach to designing solutions. Experience includes working with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions for process improvements such as automation, technology enhancements, offshore migration, or significant location‑strategy changes, preferably within global real‑estate markets.
Required skills and capabilities cover opportunity assessments, target‑operating‑model design, and delivery programs; strong influencing and emotional‑intelligence to navigate organizational change; translating complex operational data into actionable insights; expert communication through presentations and storytelling; building data‑driven performance metrics; and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI and automation/AI experience valued.
