- Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
- Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
- Lounge Host: Managing the residents lounge area where the club desk is situated. Taking payments, stock taking, serving variety of drinks and overall management of the Club Lounge.
- Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.

- Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Experience working in Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry is essential.
- Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
