You will work closely with field supervision and project management to track progress, manage documentation, and support on-site construction teams from project startup through final completion.
Provide schedule and progress updates to field leadership and project management
Track daily/weekly production metrics and prepare progress reports
Support tracking of as-builts, material delivery, and final documentation
Help maintain internal budget tracking and cost awareness
Attend and support field progress meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders
Work closely with field crews to provide technical and administrative support
Assist with RFIs, change orders, and cost assessments as needed
Summarize and submit time & material requests and related documentation
Review and manage construction documentation, drawings, permits, and records throughout project lifecycle
Identify out-of-scope work and communicate with the appropriate team members

Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred — OR relevant renewable energy/construction experience
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
