Non-Executive Director (NED) – EV Charging Infrastructure/Real Estate Background
- Previous non-executive or advisory board experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a focus on scalability and long-term value creation.
- Deep understanding of land acquisition, leasing structures, and commercial deal-making.
- Senior-level background in real estate, development, infrastructure, or investment management (ideally with board or leadership experience).
- Established and trusted network across the UK property sector.
