The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Manager to support the treasury team by assisting with the Treasury Management System, daily cash management, and other duties as needed.

  • Support escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
  • Assist in the execution of the company’s equipment leasing program, and assist the subsidiaries with equipment and lease inquiries
  • Build daily cash forecast
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization; invest in building relationships with the Field Operations and Field Support Center team members.
  • Liaison with the accounting department to ensure proper reporting of cash transactions
  • Determine ways to use the TMS or BI tools to change and enhance existing processes
  • Administrator for TMS and banking platforms
  • Support the Kyriba workstation and work on integrations and projects with other internal software systems
  • Use the daily cash forecast to optimize cash levels with SRS and THD
  • Complete day-to-day entries to support the company’s in-house-banking program
  • Work on projects for cash and treasury operations
  • Identify and opportunities for system enhancements, supporting the Treasury Manager to build out equipment finance, centralized payments, and wire payment functionality

Required Cognitive Skills

  • 1-2 years of related work experience a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, Accounting, or related field required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team; ability to lead, execute and/or delegate as needed, while also collaborating with others to get the job done.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement and initiative.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 80% of the time.
